How to assign exit form to employees as admin?

1.Login to

2. Click on More & then Setting.

3. Click on employee option in setting and click on Exit Interview.


4. Click on New Question and select type the question who would like to ask the employee in the exit interview and select the drop down with the choice of options and lick on Add to list button.


5. You will now be able to see the list of items you have added to the list. You can sequence the question by filling in the numbers and click on the checkbox and make the question mandatory based on your requirement.


6. Click on preview section to have preview of employees exit interview form page.


7. Click on configuration.

8. Set the number of days when you want the employee to have the exit form visible in their profile page.
